Objective: To develop an understanding of the basic principles of light, shadow, reflected light, transparency, and refraction, to enhance students’ perception of these qualities of light and increase their understanding of how to best use those qualities in a two-dimensional drawing to convey a sense of depth and modeling to their forms. |
